Jitago accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your jitago account balance in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees or deposit processing charges applied by jitago.
If a deposit does not appear in your jitago account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first with our team.
Withdrawal requests on jitago are processed to the verified mobile wallet registered on your account. Jitago does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your name.
Jitago reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above BDT 50,000. These checks are completed as quickly as possible and are in place to protect player accounts from unauthorised access. If your withdrawal is subject to a security check, our support team will notify you directly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitago. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

If we have reason to believe that an account is being used for illegal activity, we will freeze the account, preserve all relevant records, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Jitago reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including voluntary closure or inactivity — your verified balance (excluding any unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting jitago support at any time. We will process the request promptly and return your balance as described above.
